Mother Daughter Retreat

A sacred retreat in the Tulum jungle for mothers and daughters to reconnect through nature, ritual, art, movement, and ceremony.

This experience is designed to help you slow down, be present with one another, and celebrate the unique bond between mother and child. Together, you will share meaningful rituals such as a mother-daughter temazcal, flower bath, feminine lineage blessing, cacao ceremony with song and dance, creative art activities, daily yoga, and a beautiful cenote day.

The temazcal invites mothers and daughters to connect to the womb of the Earth through prayer, singing, and release — letting go of what no longer serves and opening space for deeper love and connection.

The flower bath and feminine lineage blessing will be a rite of passage and celebration: a blessing of the daughter by the mother, and a honoring of the mother by the daughter.

Mothers will also have time to rest and receive. Adult-only activities, massage, quiet time, and optional evening healing ceremonies are available, with childcare offered during select moments.

For mothers who feel called to go deeper, optional adult-only plant medicine ceremonies can be added to the retreat experience.

All ages are welcome. This is a once-in-a-lifetime bonding experience for mothers and daughters to connect, heal, celebrate, and create memories that will be carried forever.
