You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in order to use this website or participate in our offerings. By doing so, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Our Services

Mariri Healing Center offers retreats, healing modalities, ceremonies, and venue rental in Tulum, Mexico. This website provides information and inquiry forms only; it is not a booking or payment platform.

Inquiries & Bookings

Submitting a form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Bookings, pricing, payment, and any cancellation or refund terms are arranged directly with our team after your inquiry and are provided to you in writing at the time of booking. A reservation is confirmed only when we confirm it with you.

Not Medical Care

Our offerings, including plant medicine ceremonies and other healing modalities, are spiritual, ceremonial, and wellness experiences. They are not medical care and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We make no medical claims and do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or healing. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider regarding any medical or mental-health condition, and before participating.

Health Disclosure & Suitability

Certain physical and mental-health conditions and medications are contraindicated with our ceremonies and activities and can pose serious risks. You are responsible for truthfully and completely disclosing all relevant health conditions, medications, and history before participating, and for consulting your own healthcare provider. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decline or discontinue anyone’s participation. We rely on the information you provide, and we are not responsible for consequences arising from information you withhold or misrepresent.

Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that plant medicine ceremonies, temazcal, breathwork, physical movement, and the other activities we offer carry inherent risks (physical, psychological, and emotional), including risks that cannot be fully eliminated even with reasonable care. You voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks and assume all such risks.

Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Mariri Healing Center, its founders, facilitators, staff, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to your participation in our offerings or your use of this website, including those based on negligence, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in all ceremonies and activities is entirely voluntary. You are free to decline or withdraw from any activity at any time, and you remain responsible for your own choices and conduct throughout.

Participant Conduct

For the safety of all guests, you agree to follow the reasonable instructions of our facilitators and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant whose conduct endangers themselves or others or seriously disrupts the experience, without refund.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mariri Healing Center and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation, your conduct, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Mariri Healing Center and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The site links to and embeds third-party services (such as Instagram and WhatsApp); we are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy of those third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mariri Healing Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with any written agreement you enter into with us at the time of booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mariri Healing Center regarding your use of this website and our services.
