Ritual bathing and spiritual cleansing are among the oldest healing practices in the world. From the herbal baños of curanderas throughout Latin America to the flower baths of Shipibo healers, water combined with sacred plants has long been understood as a powerful vehicle for releasing stagnant energy, cutting energetic cords, and welcoming in new beginnings.

At Mariri, our cleansing offerings include herbal baths prepared with locally gathered and imported medicinal plants, floral baths designed to attract abundance and love, and spiritual limpias — traditional cleansing ceremonies performed with eggs, sacred plants, and prayer by our experienced facilitators.

These practices serve both physical and energetic purposes. The medicinal plants used in our baths have documented antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and nervine properties. On the energetic level, these rituals provide a powerful container for releasing what no longer belongs to you and stepping forward with clarity.

Cleansings are offered as standalone sessions and are frequently incorporated into the beginning or end of longer retreats as part of the preparation and integration process.
